Though OM Signs and Graphics is a privately held enterprise and is not legally obliged to have board members, but early on the promoters inculcated a corporate culture to get the firm audited and have strategically driven. Hence, to keep the Organization’s corporate governance in check we decided to bring experience from outside with across the board industry experience. We firmly believe that by doing so we will keep the strategic direction of enterprise on the right path and bring in improvement propositions which can then be passed on to the customers and making it a Win-Win situation for all. Here are the current board members of the company board and we keep growing, we will keep adding experience to the board from multitude of Industries.
