Urmila Bhandari

President & CEO

 

Urmila Bhandari, co-founded OM Signs and Graphics to feed her creative intellectual. She is currently serving as the President and CEO of OM Signs and Graphics. She holds a bachelor degree in Commerce & Finance from a leading institute from India. With her professional degree in Jewelry arts and designing, she brings the perfect blend of business acumen with art. In her past life, she has worked as lead design professional working on intrigue design work manufacturing 22 K gold jewelry. She has also worked as a lead sales professional with Friedman jewelers and Bead Palace, Inc. Urmila has a tenacity of making anyone comfortable who comes in her contact. She is very energetic and filled with enthusiasm and firmly believes that any situation can be addressed if you put your heart and mind to it. Very customer focused and has the vision to make any project for customer successful to the “T”. Urmila embedded a culture of customer-focus and innovation at OM Signs and Graphics. When she is not working on a project for her customer you can find her chilling out with kids, working on some artwork or imagining the next design for a jewelry project. She is also very actively involved in the community through the school work, social work, and various associations.

Born in 1979, Urmila lives in Aurora, IL with her husband Vinay. They have a daughter, Anushka & a son, Shreyan, who are currently pursuing primary education.

Vinay Bhandari

Business Advisory Consultant

 

Vinay Bhandari is the Business Advisory consultant of OM Signs and Graphics, a leading Signage producer, installer and Graphics designing solutions. His responsibilities include in advising the business in Finance Planning, Supply Chain and managing the product quality. He is also involved in the design, structure and implementation of the new organizational structure and operating model of the company.

An Industrial and Production engineer from MIT, Manipal, Vinay graduated in 1997, before pursuing his Post-Graduate Research in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Delhi. He is also certified APICS CPIM and CCSP Professional.

A vivid reader and widely traveled seasoned Supply Chain professional Vinay has a wide range of experience from Consulting, Manufacturing, Distribution, Product Quality, and Turnkey project management. He has been associated with Fortune 500 Organizations, with the likes of Tata Consultancy Services, Dabur India, Voltas, iGATE Technologies, P&O Nedlloyd, Eli Lilly, Ball Horticultural Co., Phillip Morris, Ecolab to name a few. Vinay is very passionate about customer experience and customer satisfaction. He firmly believes that purpose of every supply chain is to enhance customer’s proposition and every link of that supply chain must be strengthened to serve that purpose.

When Vinay is not thinking about how to make Customer’s successful, you may find him watching a movie with friends, hiking through nature, taking a dip on the beach or swimming pool, reading a non-fiction, or driving through the countryside. He loves to be around kids and believes every kid can teach how to be innovative and creative.

Born in 1976, Vinay lives in Aurora, IL with his wife Urmila, daughter Anushka and son Shreyan.

Udit Khandelwal

Director – Multimedia and New Dimension Products

 

 

Serving as Multimedia advisor and new dimensional products development, Udit has been instrumental in getting the Organization up and running on the virtual side. Right from selection of the software, web templates, web design and mobilizing the team to get things in shape, he is actively involved in getting things done. Also working in the background on developing the new dimension products under Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artifical Intelligence (AI), directly supporting a foundational pillar of OM Signs of being the first in bringing new products to market.

He is also Founder of Dynamic Pixel Multimedia Solutions, a leading multimedia solutions provider. As a Business Developer, he is heavily involved in all facets of business including client acquisition, client management, relationship management, key talent acquisition, building a business strategy.

He presents a very positive attitude and whenever stuck in a difficult situation, he is always the first one to iterate – “Don’t tell me the sky is the limit when there are footprints on the moon.”

Udit currently resides in Ghaziabad, Northern part of India with his Wife and two kids.

Neha Bhandari

Creative Advisor & Social Marketing Lead

 

Neha Bhandari was inducted into the team as a creative advisor. She holds a bachelor degree in Technology from Jaypee Institute of Technology (JIIT) and a Certification in Business Analytics from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. With her creative nature and technical educations, she gels well in bringing a creative side of the situation. As a young member of the team, she makes sure that product build for the customer along with being high quality is also conforming to the modern trend.

She also overseas companies Social Media presence & marketing and ensures that the social media presence is confirming to the high standards set by OM Signs is adhered to.

Extremely comfortable in any situation, she is very good with kids and balances her life work life by being active in sports with a keen interest in Lawn Tennis, Yoga, and Craft.

Born in 1990, Neha currently lives in Bangalore, India and travels the Globe helping customers across.

David McCutcheon

DSCE, Senior Technical Services Advisor

David became involved in the computer industry in 1996 when he became the Senior Buyer with Tower Electronics, an electronics broker company. Soon rising to the position of Systems Administrator, he managed corporate platforms down to the desktop system.

David is a key player in the operations of both new stores and established businesses within the Sign Biz Network. Three full-time staff members provide networking assistance, hardware and software diagnosis and repair, IT management, and build each new custom sign making and POS systems to rigid specifications.

“Raising three children, and working toward my next degree, I have my off-duty work cut out for me! Being the Manager of the Sign Biz Technical Services Department is the best ‘on-duty’ work I know, and I look forward to speaking with you soon.”

David also maintains the Network’s electronic message service, wherein Members communicate instantaneously with all other Network Members around the globe at the touch of the ‘send’ button. He helps design and writes installation guides and provides technical support to a wide variety of end-users.  ” We are also in the enviable role of Beta Test Facility for key industry partners, such as Scanvec Amiable and Point of Sale software developers.”

David is a southern California native and loves to travel but his passion is fishing and exploring throughout our beautiful state and with all of its diverse landscapes, rivers, vistas and many trails.

Mary SilverstoneMary_Silverstone

Sales & Marketing Advisor

Mary developed the salespeople, managers, and trainers that grew Jenny Craig Int’l. from a $68M company to more than $260M, first as Director of Sales and Training and then as VP of Franchise. During this 11-year tenure, she authored and delivered franchise-training programs for their expansion from 50 to over 800 Jenny Craig centers. Her expertise led her to a position of Global Director of Sales Training for Callaway Golf, resulting in company revenue growth from $700M to more than $800M in a three-year period. Mary is a creative, results-oriented Sales Management Executive who presents an eight-hour sales and marketing class during the Sign Biz Formal Training Program, delivered with energy, ethics, and enjoyment.

OM Buddy

OM Brand Mascot

OM Buddy is the youngest member of the team. He was inducted into the team as a Customer buddy for OM Signs and Graphics. As a Mascot of the company, you will find Buddy everywhere looking for any Signs which is not working or not properly installed and advise on the improvements. He is very hands-on with transporting the signage, giving hand in properly installing a sign, ensuring the work is performed with utmost care and safety. Once you have signed a project with OM Signs and Graphics, all you have to do is sit back relax and only ask one question – “Is Buddy on your Side?” Rest everything, he will ensure is honored to. You can also invite OM Buddy to your next fund-raising event, or office celebration or even a kid’s birthday party and he will surely add a zing to the situation. When Buddy is not working on repairing, fabricating, transporting, or installing a Sign for his customer, you can find him singing and playing with kids. His most favorite past time activity is to sit under a tree and gulp Chicago Style deep dish pizza with an ice-cold Coke.

OM Buddy currently lives in Aurora, IL and is always ready to travel across the Globe.
